BEAN SOUP 
1 ham bone with some ham on it
2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
4 c. water
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. uncooked Navy or Great Northern beans

1. Add all ingredients in pot except beans.

2. Rinse beans and add to pot.

Bring to boil, then simmer for approximately 3 hours or until beans are tender. 4-6 servings.
