CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. cooked, drained celery (3 min.)
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can drained, diced water chestnuts
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix first seven ingredients together and put into a casserole dish. Mix crushed corn flakes with 1/2 stick melted butter and put on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
