BAKED FISH | |
Haddock or scrod fillets Salt & pepper 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. milk 3 tsp. butter 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated cheese Allow about 5 ounces of fish per person and season with salt and pepper. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Add onions, cheese and bread crumbs and dot with butter. Pour milk around fish and bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes. |
