LIME PEAR SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pear juice
4 oz. cream cheese
100 miniature marshmallows
8 canned pear halves, diced
1 c. whipping cream

In a large bowl put Jello powder and boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add pear juice. Using wire cheese cutter, cut cheese into small chunks. Stir in marshmallows. Chill, stirring now and then until mixture begins to thicken.

Fold in diced pears. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into mixture. Pour into mold or serving bowl. For long standing in a warm room, better use a serving bowl since this is not too firm a salad. Serves 12.
