MINI REUBENS 
1 loaf mini deli rye bread
1/2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 lb. pastrami, sliced thin
1/2 lb. Swiss, sliced thin
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing

Cut Swiss cheese and pastrami slices so they will fit on the pieces of bread. (Do not hang over the edge of bread.)

Make Reubens as follows: Bread, then pastrami, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and 1 teaspoon of Thousand Island and top with cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Serve warm.
