SLIM 'N TRIM MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3 1/2 c. cooked, drained macaroni
7 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper
1 sm. slice bacon, cooked crisp and drained
1 slice bread, crumbled
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In large bowl, combine macaroni, Cheddar cheese, onion and parsley. In blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, milk and mustard. Process until smooth, pour over macaroni mixture and mix thoroughly. Turn into 2-quart casserole bacon and mix with bread crumbs and Parmesan. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
