MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
1 c. frozen peas
1 stalk celery
1 sm. zucchini
1/2 lg. green pepper
1 1/2 med. ripe red firm tomato
1 med. carrot
1 cucumber
1 sm. handful fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. crushed basil
About 4 tbsp. of your favorite salad dressing (more or less to taste)

Cook spaghetti to product directions, when cooled, cut into 1/2 inch length. Cook peas to produce directions, cool. Add in large bowl with the spaghetti. Chop celery finely - add to bowl. Chop green pepper thinly - add to bowl. Thinly chop zucchini, quarter - add to bowl. Thinly chop cucumber, quarter and add to bowl. Thinly chop carrot - add to bowl. Cut tomato into bite size pieces - add to bowl. Toss salad now.

Now add the Parmesan cheese (or Romano - whichever you prefer), basil, add the salad dressing, toss really well. Chill for about an hour. This goes very well with chicken, steak or burgers!

Serves 6-8.
