2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. hot water
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Place in desired greased and floured cake pan or pans. Bake at 350 degrees until cake springs back, about 30-35 minutes.
