ANTIPASTO 
1/4 lb. genova salami
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. ham
1/4 lb. prosciutto
1 can black olives
1 can green olives

Roll the slices of salami, cheese, ham and prosciutto individually and then place the rolls on a large platter. Place the green and black olives at the end of each side of the rolled meat. Bien Appettito.
