WHOLE WHEAT DOG BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. molasses

Combine flour, wheat germ, garlic, and pinch of salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter. Stir in beaten egg, molasses, and milk. Add enough water so mixture can be shaped into a ball. Roll dough onto a floured board to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut with any shape cookie cutter and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 30 biscuits.
