ONE CUP CELERY NUT SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. pecans

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water. Refrigerate until thickened. Fold in celery and pecans. Let set several hours or overnight.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
