CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE 
1 cube butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Combine and mix the butter, flour and walnuts. Press crust in bottom of 7 x 10, 8 x 8, or 8 x 9 pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread on top of cooled crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with thin layer of whip cream and garnish with shaved chocolate.
