IRISH CREAM EGGNOG 
6 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. Irish cream liqueur
Nutmeg

In large bowl beat eggs at high speed until lemon - colored. Add sugar, beat until thickened. At low speed, blend in milk and whipping cream. Stir in Irish cream liqueur. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
