CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
3 to 4 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
Garlic to taste
1 sm. onion
Spaghetti noodles, cooked
1 sour cream
1 brick grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter, slowly add peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Let simmer about 5-6 minutes. Add chicken, soup, sour cream and half the cheese. Simmer until bubbly and cheese melts. Stir in noodles and put in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
