NIPPY CHEESE BALLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/8 c. blue cheese, opt. or use in place of cayenne pepper

Soften cream cheese and Cheddar by room temperature or put in microwave medium power several minutes.

Stir in mustard and cayenne and mix well. Cool enough to shape into balls. Can be rolled in chopped nuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
