CANDIED PECANS 
Beat 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon cold water until frothy. Add 1 pound pecans and stir until coated. In a separate bowl mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Add spices to nuts and place on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
