BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground chuck or sirloin
2 med. or 1 lg. pepper, chopped
3 med. onion, chopped
1 qt. Ragu sauce
1 1/2 c. macaroni, measure before cooking
1 can kidney beans

Saute onions, peppers and ground beef. Cook until red disappears from meat; season with salt, add macaroni, Ragu sauce and beans. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
