FIESTA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
12 corn tortillas
1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mild chopped green chiles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine soup, Cheez Whiz, chicken and green chiles. Spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture over the bottom of 2 quart rectangular baking dish. Layer 4 tortillas, dipping each in enchilada sauce. Repeat with chicken mixture and tortillas dipped in sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 more minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. 6 servings.
