3 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
1 sm. onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. parsley
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Romano cheese

Mix ingredients. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
