BAKED HADDOCK 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh haddock fillets
1 can cream of shrimp soup
Dash of garlic powder
Buttered cracker crumbs

Put fillets in shallow buttered casserole, sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with undiluted soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, add buttered Ritz cracker crumbs, bake another 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
