BIRDS EYE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 tsp. curry powder
Grated American cheese
Bread crumbs
Cut up chicken

Place vegetables in 9 x 13 pan, then add cut up chicken. Blend mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Cover with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover the first 45 minutes.
