ICE CREAM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. butter brickle ice cream, softened
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Mix crushed crackers and butter to make crust. Pat half of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix pudding, milk, softened ice cream, and Cool Whip together and put over cracker crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate or can be frozen.
