ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
12-14 chicken wings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 green onions
2 stalks celery

Cut wings in 3 pieces (at joints and tips). Discard tips or boil for broth. Put meaty pieces in heavy skillet with lid. Put first 5 ingredients in skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cut green vegetables into 2 inch pieces and add to chicken wings in pan. Cook additional 15 minutes uncovered.
