1 button garlic
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. olive oil
White vinegar

Put garlic in bottom of jar; pack peppers in jar, then put in salt and olive oil. Heat white vinegar to boil and pour over peppers and seal. When cool, shake jar to dissolve salt.
