MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange jello
1 qt. orange sherbet
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 sm. Cool Whip, thawed
4 c. boiling water

Drain oranges and add water to make 4 cups. Boil; pour over three packages jello in large bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add Cool Whip and frozen sherbet spoonful at a time; beat 3 minutes at high speed. Fold in mandarin oranges. Chill until firm.
