PORK AND BEAN BREAD 
1 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 lb. can pork and beans
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Pour boiling water over raisins; set aside. Beat egg, oil, sugar, and beans until beans are broken up. Add flour and rest of dry ingredients to bean mixture. Add raisins (drained), vanilla, and nuts. Pour into 3 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
