FRENCH SILK PIE | |
25 vanilla wafers, finely crushed 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3/4 c. softened butter 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted 3 eggs Mix together wafers, 1/4 cup melted butter and pecans. Press into 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream softened butter and sugar, beat well. Stir in vanilla and chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each one. Pour into crust and chill for four hours. |
