CALIFORNIA WITCHCRAB SANDWICHES | |
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 lb. frozen, cooked or canned crab, drained 1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. green onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 6 English muffins, split, toasted & buttered Combine 1/2 cup of cheese with remaining ingredients. Spoon crab mixture evenly onto 6 muffin halves. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put under broiler until cheese is bubbly and light brown. Serves 6. |
