POTATO CRABMEAT CHOWDER 
3 medium potatoes, cubed about 1/2-inch
1 celery stalk, sliced thin
1 medium onion, diced
water (enough to cover)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk (use empty soup can)
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup crab meat (or a little more - snow crab is great)
1/2 cup frozen corn
salt and pepper, to taste

Put potatoes, celery, and onions in a 3-quart saucepan and just cover with water. Cook until potatoes are done. Do not drain.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer (do not boil) for 20 minutes or so.
