3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. almond flavoring
15 crumbled saltines
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream

Beat egg whites; add sugar gradually. Beat well. Add flavoring. Mix saltines, dates and nuts; fold in egg whites. Bake in greased 9" pie plate for 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with whipped cream.
