WAFFLES 
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg whites stiff. Beat egg yolks and add other ingredients using beater. Lastly fold in egg whites. To use, prepare waffle iron and when hot, pour in some batter and close lid until brown.
