BUSY DAY STEW 
3 lbs. frozen stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Carrots, celery, chopped
Potatoes, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 sm. bag frozen peas
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
Salt & pepper

Grease a large, deep casserole or a roasting pan. Place meat on the bottom and sprinkle with soup mix. Place vegetables over and around. Pour the soup and water over the top. Cover with lid or foil and bake 4 hours at 300 degrees.
