BAKED FISH AU GRATIN 
1 lb. white fish fillets, thawed
4 slices American cheese
Thyme
Dash of chopped parsley
1 tsp. onion

WHITE SAUCE:

Bubble together:
2 tbsp. butter &
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk (remove from heat when adding)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place fillets in greased 9 x 9 x 13 inch pan; cover with cheese. Sprinkle with thyme and parsley. Make white sauce. Pour sauce over fish. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
