PASTA PERFECT SHORTCUT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and well drained
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 1/2 c.)
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In medium saucepan, cook and stir meat, onion, salt and garlic powder until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring often.

Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. In ungreased baking dish 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch layer half each noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese mixture. Cover and bake 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, cut and serve.
