CHICKEN KABOBS 
3/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut into cubes
Fresh whole mushrooms, optional
Green peppers, cut into squares, optional
Cherry tomatoes, optional
Small whole onions or onion quarters, optional
Pineapple chunks
Whole sm. canned potatoes, optional (or new potatoes boiled a little)

Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, parsley, wine vinegar and lemon juice. Place chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes and potatoes in mixture and marinate 3-4 hours or overnight. Place alternately on skewers with pineapple chunks and grill.
