CARAMEL FUDGE 
6 c. sugar
2 c. white syrup
2 c. Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1 qt. whipping cream
Pinch salt
1 c. nuts

In large heavy pan, cook 239 degrees and add 1/2 stick butter. Beat until thick and creamy.
