CHILI FOR A CROWD 
2 1/4 lb. ground beef
36 oz. cooked dried, red beans, with juice reserved
3 c. tomato juice
2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. chili powder

To cook ground beef put in pot, cover with water. Cook until done, making sure meat is broken up into small pieces with fork. Drain in a colander to remove excess fat.

In a large saucepan place cooked meat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Divide evenly. Makes 12 servings.
