LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin (dissolve in boiling water, 1 cup cool)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c chopped cucumber
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced ham, chicken, tuna or corned beef

Olives for garnish. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
