PEACHES AND CREAM PIE | |
4 to 5 fresh or frozen sliced peaches 2/3 c. sugar or sugar substitute 4 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 pastry shell 1 c. cream Place peaches in pastry shell. Mix together the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add the cream. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400°F for 35 to 45 minutes. You may also use blackberries or strawberries for this recipe. |
