STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. sugar
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/2 of 10 oz. angel food cake

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in salt and sugar. Add strawberries and cool until it begins to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover bottom of a 9" pan with broken pieces of cake. Pour on 1/2 of the Jello. Add another layer of cake. Pour on 1/2 of the Jello. Chill 4 or 5 hours.
