LEFSE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sifted flour

Mix ingredients well. Roll out on floured board a small amount to fit griddle. Roll them thin and cook quickly. After each lefse, wipe excess flour off griddle.
