CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. loose leafed cabbage
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
Salt & pepper

Place whole cabbage in boiling water to cook. As each outside leaf is loosened from head, remove by slicing across base of stem. Lift leaf from pot and drain. Shave thick part of each stem from leaf. Leaves should be tender. Mix raw hamburger meat with rice and onions and seasonings. Place a portion of mixture at base of cabbage leaves and roll up, folding in sides. Place rolls in baking dish and pour 1/2 jar Prego on top. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour remaining sauce over rolls before serving.
