SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked slightly
1 #303 can English peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk (measure in soup can)
1 (4-6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 1/3 c. minute rice, uncooked
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in Pam sprayed casserole. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
