2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate chip mix
1 box xxx sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread evenly with coconut and nuts. Mix cake mix as per instructions on box. Pour cake batter over nuts. Mix xxx sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Pour over batter and cut through with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
