DINNER ROLLS 
3 c. plain flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. instant potatoes
3 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. Crisco
2 pkgs. yeast (dissolved in 1 c. warm water)
1 c. warm milk

Mix all ingredients. If dough is too soft, add more flour. Place dough in a large (oiled) bowl. Cover bowl with a towel and set in a warm place until dough is double in size (2 to 3 hours).
