GIANT PEANUT BUTTER-CUP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, room temp.
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
16 miniature peanut-butter-cup candies

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, soda and salt. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and egg. Stir in the flour mixture. Drop the dough by level 1/4 cup measures onto ungreased baking sheets, 3 cookies per sheet.
