BUTTER HORNS 
4 c. flour
1 c. lard
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix like pie crust. Warm 1 cup milk and cool. Add 3 beaten eggs and 1 cake yeast which has been mixed with 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Add this to first mixture. Put in refrigerator overnight.

In morning, roll out as for pie crust. Butter top and cut into triangle shapes. Roll from wide end to narrow to form a crescent shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FROSTING:

Mix powdered sugar and milk together until desired consistency. Add 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla.
