ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix together stuffing mix and butter. Put half of mix in greased 9x13-inch pan. Brown hamburger. Add onion and celery, salt and pepper. When onion and celery are tender, add zucchini, sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Pour over stuffing mix. Top with remainder of stuffing. Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes. Cover with foil for half of baking time.
