SWORD FISH WITH TOMATO FETA
RELISH
 
Swordfish
1 med. tomato
1 sm. green onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 oz. chopped feta cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Core tomato, cut tomato in 1/2 horizontally. Remove all inside soft part leaving only the outer shell. Cut shell into 1/4 inch sliced pieces and add to onion and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients. Grill Swordfish and serve with relish.
