SPINACH CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion, sauteed
1 c. celery, sauteed
1 1/2 qt. (2 cans) chicken broth
3 c. (8 oz.) noodles
1/2 pkg. spinach

When noodles are done add 1 quart milk, 6 ounces Swiss cheese, 6 ounces American cheese and salt and pepper.
